2. Booking Policy
Appointments may be booked online or by contacting us. A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation.
We offer:
- Lash extensions, lifts & tints
- Brow shaping, waxing & lamination
- Advanced facials (HydroGlow, Microneedling, CryoGlow)
- Membership plans
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for changes or cancellations.
- No-shows or late cancellations = 50% fee
- Membership clients: Missed sessions count as used unless rescheduled ahead
4. Refund & Satisfaction
No refunds for completed services. If you’re unhappy, please contact us within 48 hours—we’ll offer a solution if appropriate.
Products: Unopened items may be returned within 7 days for store credit (with receipt).
5. Membership Terms
Monthly memberships auto-renew and include exclusive benefits. Terms:
- Sessions do not roll over
- 14-day notice required to cancel
- Members get priority booking & discounts
6. Health & Safety
For services like microneedling and lash lifts, please:
- Disclose medications or recent treatments
- Follow pre/post-care as advised
We may reschedule if a treatment isn’t suitable for your skin or health.
7. Code of Conduct
We maintain a peaceful, respectful environment. Lashwell Aesthetic reserves the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior.
